Heidi Devereux
I joined the Windermere Mount Baker team as the in house Marketing Manager and Graphic Designer in 2015. I am creative professional with more than 25 years in the graphic design and marketing industry. My extensive experience includes graphic design, set and model photography, photo editing, print and web production, as well as event and project management. I am excited by a fast-paced unpredictable atmosphere and thrive under the pressure of a deadline driven environment. An outgoing personality and creative thinking skills lend themselves well to this ever-changing role. I am highly respected by brokers, customers and co-workers who praise my ability to take a simple idea through to a effective and unique product... always with a smile.

When I'm not working at Windermere Mount Baker
I am passionate about giving back to my community and supporting causes that benefit children, seniors and animals. I love to donate my services as designer to local charity organizations, such as the Southeast Seattle Senior Center, the Humane Society, the Vision House and many others. I have spent many years serving as a board member, event coordinator and on a Pet Therapy team with my late love, Nelly (Golden Retreiver).
I share my home in Renton with boyfriend, Jason and our 2 dogs, Maggie and Gus. I have a huge loving family and tons of great friends. I have one son, Hayden who is 21 and my greatest accomplishment!
Windermere Mount Baker is a perfect fit. This office is truly a microcosm of how the world should be. The entire staff and all of it's brokers are compassionate and supportive of each other and the community. Full of fun and passionate individuals, it is a pleasure coming to work every day.
